Prioritizing Mental Health in High-Stakes Environment-PDAC Presentation

The Bring it to the Surface initiative, led by the Canadian Diamond Drilling Association, is an industry-wide movement dedicated to raising awareness, inspiring action, and providing valuable mental health resources. This campaign highlights the importance of open conversations about mental well-being.
As a Student Experience Lead and Mindset Coach, Clint will highlight the Bring it to the Surface initiative by sharing his powerful journey from struggle to recovery—demonstrating resilience, hope, and the profound impact of four simple words: “not fit for duty.”
Clint empowers individuals to break through limiting beliefs, step into their highest potential, and build sustainable, healthy lifestyles. A leader and survivor, he understands firsthand the critical need for mental health awareness, especially in high-stakes environments.
