Western Safety and Technical Meeting Register Now

The Canadian Diamond Drilling Association will host our Western Safety and Technical Meeting November 22, 2024 at Sandman Hotel, Saskatoon. Our Safety and Technical Chair of this event will be Gerry Cooke, Canadian Diamond Drilling Association Board Member. Gerry Cooke started his career with Boart Longyear working on the diamond drills for five years. He moved into the construction industry in Saskatoon, later taking a supervisory position overseeing the building of scaffold systems as well as all facets of construction. An opportunity presented itself in health and safety, a direction he wanted to move in and in 2016 received designations as a NCSO (National Construction Safety Officer) as well as a RSO (Radiation Safety Officer). Gerry is currently working for Team Drilling based out of Saskatoon in the role of Health Safety and Environment. This event will be offered in-person and virtually.
